Where we ship

FlavaNaturals® ships to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, FlavaNaturals® does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Shipping (Oct. – May)

The FlavaNaturals^® team is 100% committed to ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition year round. In fact, we are proud to offer some of the most convenient, environmentally friendly and lowest cost shipping options in the industry.

FlavaBar® orders are shipped in insulated packaging to protect your chocolate from wide temperature variations and handling damage. FlavaMix® is not temperature sensitive and can be sent without insulated packaging.

Three delivery options are offered, standard (2 – 5 business days), priority (2 – 3 business days) and next day delivery. Priority delivery is required in the warmest weather states (AZ, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, SC, and FL) for all orders containing FlavaBar®.

FlavaMix, FlavaJava and FlavaMilk qualify for free shipping with standard and FlavaClub orders.

Order Processing and Shipment Information

Process and shipping timelines vary by selected delivery method:

Standard: Standard delivery orders are generally shipped within a day of receipt and are delivered within two to five business days. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. In cases of extreme heat (90 degrees plus), the FlavaNaturals team may delay FlavaBar orders to protect the integrity of the chocolate.

Priority: Priority orders are only shipped Monday through Wednesday and are generally mailed within a day of receipt. Orders not received by Wednesday at 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the following Monday. In cases of extreme heat (90 degrees plus), the FlavaNaturals team may delay FlavaBar orders to protect the integrity of the chocolate.

Next Day: Next day orders are shipped Monday through Thursday and are mailed within a day of receipt. Orders not received by Thursday at 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the following Monday.

Return Policy

We take great care in preparing FlavaNaturals® products and want to make sure you receive products in fresh condition. If the product received is defective, please email our customer service team within 2 weeks of product receipt at Orders@FlavaNaturals.com to request either a product exchange or full refund. Our customer service team will provide directions for return of the defective product.

Change or Cancel Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please do so right away. Please note that orders are shipped quickly after they are received so it may not always be possible to cancel.

A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped. Simply click on the link and it will take you to the carrier’s website with tracking information.
