1 oz espresso (or 2 oz if you prefer a stronger mocha)
3/4 cup warmed milk of choice
1 serving size FlavaMix Unsweetened Drinking Chocolate
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
Optional: 1-2 tbsp sugar
For topping: whipped cream and crushed candy canes
Make espresso and pour into mug.
In a blender, combine milk, FlavaMix, peppermint extract and sugar.
Blend about 30 seconds or until well combined.
Pour over espresso and top with whipped cream and crushed candy cane (optional). Enjoy!
