1 cup regular or nondairy milk of choice
1 scoop FlavaMix® Performance Cocoa
1 cooled shot of espresso (or 1-2 tsp instant coffee)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave (or other sweetener of choice)
For topping: Whipped cream and chocolate drizzle
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture into reusable, shallow ice tray. Place in freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Add frozen cubes to blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chocolate. Enjoy!
