4 dates (soaked in water for 1 hr)
1/3 cup shredded coconut (plus more for rolling)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp creamy nut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop FlavaMix® Performance Cocoa (reserve some for rolling)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Place dates in a bowl, cover with water and let soak for one hour.
When finished soaking, remove pits and place in food processor with shredded coconut.
Pulse until well combined before adding all other ingredients.
Pulse until well incorporated and sticky enough to form into a ball. (If too dry, add more coconut oil).
Transfer to bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and using a cookie scoop for equal portions, roll the dough into uniform size balls.
Roll half in remaining FlavaMix cocoa powder, and other half in shredded coconut.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
