Chocolate Matcha Energy Bites

Chocolate Matcha Energy Bites with FlavaMix Unsweetened Drinking Chocolate, 900mg Cocoa Flavanols


4 dates, soaked in hot water for 10 min or cold water for 1 hr

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/3 cup raw, unsalted cashews

2 tbsp coconut butter or 1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp matcha powder

1 scoop FlavaMix® Performance Cocoa Powder

1 tsp agave of maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt


Add cashews and coconut flakes to food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles a coarse flour (about 8-10 seconds).

Add rest of ingredients to food processor and blend until mixture comes together.

Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator and using a cookie scoop for equal portions, roll the dough into uniform size balls.

Refrigerate for another hour before lightly dusting with matcha powder.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
