Ingredients
1 large frozen banana
1 scoop FlavaMix® Performance Cocoa
1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt (or nondairy alternative)
1/3 cup regular or nondairy milk
1 tbsp almond or pecan butter
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Small pinch of nutmeg
Small pinch of cloves
Optional sweetener: 1 tbsp maple syrup or molasses
