1/2 cup milk or nondairy alternative of choice
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp liquid sweetener (agave, maple syrup, etc)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients vigorously until well combined. Pour into jar and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and it becomes a pudding-like texture.
Store in airtight container for 3-5 days and top with fresh berries, granola, chocolate, coconut, etc when ready to eat.
