1 frozen banana
1 scoop FlavaMix Performance Cocoa
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
2 dates, pitted
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch sea salt
Optional: 2 tbsp protein powder of choice
